The invoice doesn't match what's actually in the shipment
Chinese suppliers often issue a catch-all invoice: "spare parts", "equipment". A declaration needs specifics for every line item. We chase the missing detail from the supplier before the cargo arrives, not once it's standing at the post.
Understated value on the paperwork

The wrong HS code from the supplier
A Chinese export code is not the same as the code for import into the EAEU, and the duty rate and required permits change with it. We verify and justify the classification ourselves.
Missing conformity documents
