Customs clearance for companies that import regularly

One manager handles all your shipments: HS code, documents, duties and release — so cargo isn't held at the border over paperwork.

If you import every month

Sound familiar?

Cargo stuck at the post

Customs asks for more documents while the temporary storage warehouse bills you for every day.

Overpaying because of the HS code

An imprecise code means extra duty on every shipment, or a claim from customs after the fact.

Starting from scratch every time

A new broker for every shipment doesn't know your products or suppliers, so you explain everything again.

Duties come as a surprise

You find out the duty and VAT when the cargo is already at the border, not when you plan the purchase.

What you get from the assessment

Not a vague introductory chat — you come away with four concrete answers about your shipment.

HS code

A preliminary classification for your goods, with the reasoning behind it rather than a guess.

Document checklist

Exactly what to request from your supplier and what to prepare on your side.

Duty estimate

An indicative figure for duties, VAT and fees on your shipment.

Import feasibility

Whether these goods can enter Kazakhstan, and on what conditions.

How it works

Three steps to release

  1. 1

    One-minute assessment

Answer five questions about your shipment and see a preliminary document checklist right away.

  2. 2

    Checks before dispatch

Your manager checks the contract, invoice and specification, picks the HS code and estimates duties.

  3. 3

    Declaration and release

We file the declaration, handle all contact with the post and see the cargo through to release.

For regular clients

The more you ship, the easier each shipment gets

One manager for every shipment

They know your products, suppliers and history, so there's nothing to explain twice.

HS codes matched to your goods

We classify your products once and build on that for every following shipment.

Documents sorted before dispatch

We tell you what to request from the supplier while the cargo is still at their warehouse.

Your logistics stay yours

We work with your carrier, and if you don't have one, we'll help you find one.

Questions and objections

What people usually ask

What does clearance cost?

It depends on the goods, the size of the shipment, how many line items go into the declaration and which permits are required. Quoting an honest figure without seeing the documents isn't possible, so we price your specific shipment and show you what makes up the total.

What if I already have a forwarder?

That's the usual case. We fit into your existing arrangement and work with your carrier — the route and the terms you agreed with them don't change. And if you don't have a carrier yet, we'll help you find one suited to your lane.

What happens if the cargo is held at customs?

Most hold-ups come down to documents and classification, which means they're created long before the cargo arrives. That's why we check the full set in advance. If a question does come up at the post, we correspond with customs and resolve it ourselves rather than passing it back to you.

Who is liable for errors in the declaration?

We act as your customs broker and we're answerable for the accuracy of what we file. The limits of that liability are set out in the contract, and you can read them before signing.

Do you clear under your licence or mine?

We're entered in the register of customs brokers and act as declarant on your shipments — you don't need your own foreign-trade infrastructure or an in-house declarant for this.

What do you need from me to start?

The contract, invoice, specification and packing list are enough for a preliminary assessment. If something is missing, we'll tell you what to ask your supplier for.
