Commercial documents
Documents you attach contain commercially sensitive information. Only the specialists working on your particular enquiry have access to them.
How long we keep it
Data is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and meet our obligations, and is deleted afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing, by writing to us by email.
