How we work
We step in at any stage — from choosing the goods to cargo already standing at the border. The earlier you bring us in, the more options stay on the table.
Assess my shipment in 1 minuteWhen to bring us in
Most clients come to us once the goods are bought and moving. That's normal, and it's what we do every day. But if you can bring us in earlier, you get something you won't have later: a choice.
Before you buy
- You can still change the terms of the supplier contract
- You can request missing documents in good time
- You can pick a different supplier if import turns out to be impossible
- Duties and VAT can be built into your costing from the start
Once the cargo is at the border
- The cargo sits in a bonded warehouse and storage is billable
- Missing documents have to be chased under time pressure
- The supplier contract can no longer be changed
- Fewer options remain, and mistakes cost more
The stages
No need to line up a broker, a documents specialist and a certification consultant separately.
- 1
Document review
We check the contract, invoice, specification and packing list before anything is filed.
- 2
HS classification
We select the code and document the reasoning. It drives your duty rate, the total payable and which permits you need.
- 3
Duty calculation
We work out duties, VAT and fees up front, so the figure isn't a surprise at the post.
- 4
Import feasibility check
Prohibitions, restrictions, licences and non-tariff measures that apply to your goods.
- 5
Document preparation
We assemble the full set and obtain whichever permits are missing.
- 6
Dealing with customs
We file the declaration and handle every exchange with the customs post on your behalf.
- 7
Cargo release
We see it through to release — and stay reachable afterwards.
